We all know how much the majority of guys love cars. So, why not try to find out if you’re dating a keeper? Head to the 22nd annual Hot Summer Nights on July 14th or August 11th, 2016 in Danville. This year will be extra special as they are honoring the 61st anniversary of the Ford Thunderbird, so there will be plenty of those classic beauties to look at. In addition, a large variety of hot rods and classic automobiles from all over the country will be showcased.

Be sure to leave plenty of time for parking. It fills up quickly. Maybe even pick her up in an Uber to show her how thoughtful you are.

Picture this: It’s a warm summer night in quaint, historic downtown Danville. She’s wearing a flowy summer dress and you’re in a nice collared shirt, of course. The streets are lined with shiny, legendary, vintage vehicles.

But wait, there’s more!

  • Live music and dancing in the streets.
  • Food vendors offering tasty treats.
  • Specialty boutiques and stores with sales, in case she gets bored of car gazing.

One last thing- you can feel good about the fact that this car show contributes financially to the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremonies held at Oak Hill Park in Danville, as well as to the New Veteran’s Hall (which is also the reason military vehicles will be displayed- guns and all).
